Struggling with a childhood where love was seldom expressed, either physically or verbally, led to toxic relationships, workplace bullying and concluded with three bad job experiences in a row. Watching a viral video of a child being bullied, sparked an epiphany: I was a victim of adult bullying. Determined to break the cycle, I immersed myself in research on workplace bullying, identifying the effects and manifestations of it. I embraced self-love and spiritual intervention for peace of mind. I transcended victimhood and developed resilience. Now, with years of experience and having trained hundreds, I've crafted transformative programs to empower others.
